Welcome to Dr. Savannah Lamb and Associates, where we care about eyes. Dr Lamb believes it is her responsibility to provide her clients with the best vision possible. Vision for today and for the rest of your life. For this reason, we take caring for the health of our patients' eyes very seriously. It is our office policy that all patients see an eye doctor in person at least once annually for their eye care. During this annual visit, the doctor will view the eye itself including the back of the eye, the retina, and the tissue surrounding the eye. The doctor will diagnose and recommend treatment for any present or potential medical issues. Notice to Patients Using a Vision benefit for their appointment. Good News! Your $40 office fee now includes: Guaranteed to see a Live, Face-to-Face, In Person Eye Doctor Pan-Retinal Optos Imaging- This technology alongside the diagnostic knowledge of our physician. This is a nominal fee we charge to off-set below market value vision benefit reimbursement along side increased costs of doing business. Without charging this fee, we will have to stop accepting vision benefits all together. If this fee is a financial hardship for you, please let our staff know. Notice to Patients with Medicare Advantage Plans: You will be responsible for your medical copays and vision copays. A typical copay is $95-$120. Our office does not accept Zero copay vision plans as payment for medical eye care. Please reference our office policy at the top of the page for more information as to why this is our office policy.
