I got an exam and ordered new glasses through Target optical in Roseville. Three times the glasses came back wrong. The first time I was told that \"the lab\" got the wrong prescription. The following two times nobody could tell me who was at fault. After a couple of months I gave up and got my insurance and personal money back. I went to an ophthalmologist and got a new prescription, took it to LensCrafters in Rosedale and within a week I had perfectly good glasses. The ophthalmologist told me that I needed a prism adjustment and that they are \" easy to miss.\" Well I found out the hard way. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a quick professional appointment that took 30 minutes and I walked out the door with a fresh new pair of contacts. I don't have eye care insurance, and they are also very reasonably priced. Target Optical (at least the Roseville location) should be avoided at all costs. They don't even check to see if you need the temples adjusted behind the ears. They really don't know what they are doing. For the amount of money I spent, I am thoroughly disgusted with the lack of knowledge. I just called and was informed that that their opticians are not even certified! Here I am stuck with glasses that I can't even see out of properly until my next exam at the end of the year. They don't even check to see if you need the temples adjusted behind the ears. They really don't know what they are doing. For the amount of money I spent, I am thoroughly disgusted with the lack of knowledge. I just called and was informed that that their opticians are not even certified! Here I am stuck with glasses that I can't even see out of properly until my next exam at the end of the year. I went in to get my glasses tighten because they were falling off my face. The screw needed to be replaced. I was greeted by a VERY friendly young lady Jade! She replaced the screw and took very good care of me. Jade was very nice. I wasn't there to purchase anything and she still was friendly and gave me very good customer service. When I need glasses in the future I will go back there. Thanks Jade- you earned a new customer.

I was shopping in the store and the lens out of my glasses fell out then the screw came out of the side a cashier told me to see if they could fix them and Dana jumped right in and fixed them for me she even changed the nose pads and cleaned them for me it was excellent I am glad she did because these are my only glasses and I needed them

Buyer beware. I got an exam and ordered new glasses through Target optical in Roseville. Three times the glasses came back wrong. The first time I was told that "the lab" got the wrong prescription. The following two times nobody could tell me who was at fault. After a couple of months I gave up and got my insurance and personal money back. I went to an ophthalmologist and got a new prescription, took it to LensCrafters in Rosedale and within a week I had perfectly good glasses. The ophthalmologist told me that I needed a prism adjustment and that they are " easy to miss." Well I found out the hard way. I do not recommend Target optical in Roseville.

Dr. Moore and his entire team are fabulous! I came here on a recommendation from my sister and I'm so glad that I did. I had been struggling with my glasses for a couple of years due to the prisms. Dr Moore quickly determined that I needed vertical and horizontal correction. I no longer have double vision! They are a great fun team - I highly recommend them.

I had such a a good experience here. I ripped my contacts one morning and had to find a place to go in for a quick eye exam and a replacement pair. I was able to get in for an appointment here the same day. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a quick professional appointment that took 30 minutes and I walked out the door with a fresh new pair of contacts. I don't have eye care insurance, and they are also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

We have been coming here for the last few years and recently my husband experienced some serious eye concerns with his vision. He went and visited a different eye doctor as Dr. Moore was out but she had noted some concern on my husbands condition and said she'd talk to Dr. Moore and get back. Over two weeks later and we still haven't heard from Dr. Moore. We've called Target Optical numerous times and were told he was out or to call his office which we did and left voicemails for with no response. This is absolutely unacceptable as my husband expressed serious concern and were told they'd follow up with a specialist. We will not be coming back here.

Got an exam today and will be getting a contacts fitting when the trial lenses come in stock. I don't know why I was nervous for this appointment but Dr. Moore was like very friendly and smart and down-to-earth. I love it when doctor-level providers don't have any like condescension or entitlement. I didn't work with the rest of the staff a whole lot but they seemed friendly with the convos I overheard!

i believe i worked with Maddy at target optical! She was amazing! so friendly and helpful, got me a trial contact while i was visiting from out of town and also was able to get my year supply of contacts shipped to my house. AMAZING service highly recommend

Brought an old pair of sunglasses in to have them fixed - one of the tiny screws had fallen off and disappeared. The young saleswoman replaced both screws and nose guards without charging me a cent for the work . . . They fit great! It feels like I have brand new sunglasses . . . many thanks to that nice woman; never got her name but I'm grateful! :)
